Clear help when a watch needs attention.

Start with the quick checks below. For account requests or a watch that will not recover, email us with the time of the issue and your extension version. Never send cookies, passwords, verification codes, or full page content.

Install and update

Use Chrome 114 or later. Install PageLens from the Chrome Web Store; Chrome handles future extension updates. If you cannot access the store, download the ZIP package and follow the manual installation steps.

A browser watch stopped checking

Keep Chrome running and check the watch card for a site-access or page-load error. Restored watches need fresh site permission on each device. Cloud watches continue after Chrome closes.

Google sign-in failed

Complete the Google pop-up and allow it to return to PageLens. If it still fails, include the visible error, time, and extension version in your message.

A signed-in page stopped updating

The site session may have expired. Sign in to the source site again, then use Restore access on the watch or Signed-in page access in PageLens settings to renew access.

Do not publish exploitable details. Use “Security” in the email subject so we can prioritize the report.
